New Year, New Resolutions Part 2

Do you prefer sad or upbeat music when you're feeling low? I often turn to upbeat music to try to cheer me up, and it works sometimes. But I also have found that sad music can cheer me up just as much at times. 

Research shows that listening to sad music can actually help you heal and prompt tears, which can be good for you in the long run. Staying present with sad feelings can help them go away quicker, boosting your mood rather than poorly concealing sadness.
