New Year, New Resolutions Part 3

Mental health has a stigma, but that stigma can break apart when you and the people you know talk about it. You never know who you might be helping by talking openly about your experiences, and you never what you might share or learn from the other people in the conversation. 

You can be part of the conversation that helps eradicate the stigma of mental illness.
